The Bengkel Khas

It's the annual activity for the Interactors of JIGSS Interact Club to pay a visit at the Bengkel Khas in Jinjang Salatan, Kuala Lumpur. The Bengkel Khas is for the Down Syndrome. They may be 30 years old but they have a mentality age of a 5-year-old.

Last year, we helped them by reducing their works that they were assigned to do but luck shone on us. There weren't any work to do so we played with them. We did the infamous "Chicken Dance", the London Bridge, the Musical Chairs and also the Musical Statues. They also did a dance to show us. They danced to "Waka Waka" by Shakira.

It was a beautiful sight that we can bring our mentality age to their level and had fun with them without any hardships. They were happy and glad that we came and paid them a visit.

We realised that we're really lucky to have a perfect mind and body to carry out our daily activities. We need to appreciate what were given to us as there are still many poor and unfortunate people out there that are still suffering to live.

These are the pictures of our happy faces:-
